Our bodies have a natural wisdom and intelligence that allows us to be authentically present and alive in every moment of our daily lives.

When we achieve this awareness, we act intuitively, with the greatest clarity, maximum stability, and at the same time with the highest spontaneity and ease. Being consciously present in our own body, a fear-free and appreciative attitude can emerge - in contact with others and with ourselves.

The phenomenon of body intelligence was first coined by Karl Grunick, as a result of his decade-long research in Aikido, eastern martial arts, and western approaches to physical therapy. Grunick summarizes: “It contains the inherent and innate wisdom of all of us that enables us to experience our lives in a meaningful way. This means complete presence – being fully present in the body and being there in an unbiased, non-judgmental way in any situation.”

Through individual and partner exercises you will be enabled to experience this state of presence and make it fully accessible to yourself again. Naturalness, lightness and joie de vivre are the guiding principles. The exercises do not require any special physical effort, and no lengthy training of techniques is necessary. What is learnt can be immediately transferred into practical everyday life. Our primary focus will be on the following topics:

  • Stress management and performance anxiety

  • Natural, ergonomic and effective movements

  • Experiencing contact with the instrument and contact with the audience in a natural and tension-free way

  • Sensitizing and training bodily awareness

  • Situations from everyday life

  • Your individual requests and needs
